Individual & Family Benefits

We give you access to individual health insurance (ERISA and first-dollar coverage plans), life insurance, disability, dental, and the cash benefits most agents never mention, sold in bundles in under ten minutes. What's different here is what you don't have to figure out yourself.

  • Our proprietary Wayfinder assessments, marketing materials and tools help you and your clients decide what fits
  • Many of our individual products offer self-enrollment
  • Products can be sold any time of year
  • Medicare agents love our options for their clients, and for spouses who don't qualify for Medicare yet

You walk into conversations that are already halfway there.

Employer & Worksite Benefits

Our new worksite division gives you access to special underwriting offers for companies with as few as three employees, and enrollment options that let employees and entire companies self-enroll in under five minutes.

  • Guaranteed issue offers that cover people who were declined elsewhere
  • Need pre-existing conditions waived? Done.
  • Education and enrollment technology that reaches every employee on the census
  • Fulfillment and service handled for you if you choose, so you're not doing paperwork at midnight

You open the door. We run the enrollment.

Walk through a real worksite case

Four steps, three sample groups, real numbers. See exactly what a case looks like start to finish.

Not sure where you'd fit? Ask the Wayfinder.

Eight quick questions about where you are and what you're building, and it points you toward the role and lane that actually fit. Your answers stay on your screen, and nobody will ever contact your current company.

What you actually get, in both lanes

  • Contracting access

Carriers and products most producers can't reach on their own, including guaranteed issue offers that change what's possible for a client who's been turned down

  • Technology that does real work

Quoting tools with live rates, self-assessment tools that qualify prospects before your first call, e-enrollment your clients complete on their phones, and a website that explains your products better than a brochure

  • Training built on what works

Real field practice, not theory, from someone who spent twenty-five years learning it the hard way

  • A team that answers the phone

Same day, from a human, every time

  • Bonuses beyond the carriers

Cash bonuses paid on case milestones, weekly and at year end, on top of anything the carriers run. Available at Partner and Managing Partner levels.

  • A room full of people who do this

About seventy experienced producers and agency owners join our Monday team call. Cases, carriers, and what is actually working right now. You are not figuring this out alone.

Product availability, rates, and contracting tiers vary by carrier and state. All rates shown are sample rates.

Four ways to be here

Broker

Access without expectations. Contract, use the technology, take advantage of the underwriting offers, write what you want when you want. Nobody will call to ask about your numbers.

Affiliate

The same freedom with a closer working relationship. You're plugged into the team, the training, and the tools, still with no quotas and no meeting requirements.

Partner

For producers who want to build. You write your own business and, if you choose, grow a team around you. Carrier incentives, contests, and trips are attached to this level.

Managing Partner

For leaders who have built organizations before and want to again. You develop producers across a geographic area, with few limits on how far that reach grows, and you're paid on what the team builds. This is your agency, your brand, your downline. Not a branch of ours. We build a ninety day plan around where you actually are and support you through it.

Every contracted Mana producer is given the ability to grow a downline team in any state they're connected in.

Our Partnership Promise

The same deal for every producer and every agency, in writing.

About compensation

Strong contracts, exclusive technology provided to every partner, and cash bonuses on case milestones paid weekly and at year end, on top of whatever the carriers run in contests and trips. It's a package most agencies cannot put together. What we won't do is post numbers on a website, so we'll walk you through the specifics on a call with your actual situation in front of us.

One producer's first year

Madison, Medicare producer with Mana Insurance Solutions

Madison found us online, contracted, and wrote her first case within a week. It was not a lead we handed her, it was a client she already had who needed something she had never been able to offer. Six months later she had earned a seat on a large group enrollment, added two more carriers she chose herself, and started writing the under-65 spouses of her Medicare clients, business she had been walking past for years. She is moving into worksite now, and building toward her own agency with her own brand and her own team. That is the producer we are built for.

What producers ask us

  • Can I keep everything I am doing now?
Yes, and most people do. Our partners keep the carriers and clients they already have and add Mana for the products, tools, and underwriting they are missing. You are adding a lane, not switching lanes.
  • Is my book really mine?
It is, from your first case, with nothing to wait out. If you ever walk away, your clients walk with you. If you build something worth selling one day, it is yours to sell. That is written into your contract, not promised in a meeting.
  • Will anyone find out I am talking to you?
No. We do not call your upline, your carrier, or anyone else, and we never share or sell what you tell us. These conversations stay between us, full stop.
  • I only sell one lane. Is the other worth adding?
Almost always. If you're individual only, worksite is usually where the biggest jump in income comes from, and the operational side that stalls most producers is the part we carry. If you're worksite only, every employee you enroll has a family with gaps the group plan was never built to fill. Same relationships, worked twice.
  • What if my client has already been declined somewhere else?
That is one of the better reasons to call us. We have guaranteed issue offers that cover people other carriers turn away, and it changes what you can do for a client you thought you had lost.
  • Do I need to be in Hawaii?
No. We are licensed in nine states and our people are spread across the islands and the mainland. Hawaii is home and it shapes how we treat each other, but the aloha travels just fine.
  • What does being part of the ʻohana actually mean day to day?
It means you are not a line on a hierarchy chart. When you have a case you are not sure how to structure, you call and a real person picks up the same day. About seventy of us are on the Monday team call, and it's the same tone there. When something happens in your life, the business flexes around it. We are a Maui agency and we run this the way a family business should be run.
  • What happens on the first call?
About half an hour, no script and no slides. We ask what is frustrating you, show you what we have built, and go through compensation and contracting straight. If it is not a fit we will tell you, and you will leave with something useful either way.
