  • Do you charge for your help?
Nope. Our guidance, comparisons, and enrollment support are 100% free to you. We're paid by the insurance carriers, not by our clients, and it never changes your price. You pay the same premium whether you use us or go directly to the carrier. The difference is that with us, you get a guide.
  • I already have insurance. Is it still worth talking to you?
Almost always, yes. Most people we meet are either paying more than they need to, missing coverage they assume they have, or both. A quick review costs you nothing, and if your current setup is already the best fit, we'll happily tell you so.
  • Is the ACA marketplace my only option?
That's one of the biggest myths in insurance. The marketplace is genuinely the right fit for some people, especially if you qualify for a subsidy or need guaranteed-issue coverage. But depending on your health, income, and work situation, there may be options with stronger coverage, lower costs, or both. Our Wayfinder self-assessment is a great place to start.
  • What are 'cash benefits' and why do you talk about them so much?
These are policies that pay cash directly to you when life happens: an injury, an illness, a hospital stay, and more. That money arrives on top of whatever your health insurance pays, and you use it however your family needs, whether that's medical bills, rent, groceries, or childcare. It's the layer that keeps a health event from becoming a financial one.
  • We're a small business. Are we too small for employee benefits?
Not even close. Some of the options we work with are available starting at just one employee. Hawaii employers also have unique requirements under the Prepaid Health Care Act, and we help you turn that obligation into a genuine advantage for recruiting and keeping good people.
  • What happens after I enroll? Do you disappear?
This is where we're most different. We stay with you all year: claims questions, billing issues, life changes, new hires, and an annual review to make sure your coverage still fits. It's the whole reason our process, The Mana Journey, has more steps after enrollment than before it.
  • Do you only work with people in Hawaii?
Hawaii is home, but we're licensed in nine states: Hawaii, California, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Idaho, Michigan, Missouri, and Kansas. Wherever you are, you get the same aloha and the same honest guidance.
  • What if the best option for me is something you don't sell?
Then we'll tell you that. If Medicaid is your best answer, or your employer's plan is genuinely your strongest option, you'll hear it from us directly. The right answer matters more than a sale. That's not a slogan, it's how we've built a business that runs on word of mouth.
  • How do I get started?
Two easy doors. Take the Wayfinder for a quick self-assessment, or book a free consultation and we'll talk story about your situation. And if you want a human right now, call or text (808) 303-5040.
